Letters and Numbers
L & N
I read yesterday that L & N is one of the top 20 programs we love to watch and in my household it certainly ranks towards the top. As well as the enjoyment it has so many benefits across all ages. Change your mind SBS and keep it!
My girlfriend and I get home late from work but record it and watch it when we can.
This is terrible!
How many family shows are there that infer that singing and dancing are the most important things that drive success. Here you have an Australian show employing a different view of Australians as role models for kids (and adults) that allows them to interact rather than sit idly by the television watching others perform. This is one very good production that should be maintained and exported rather than dumped for a show imported from England. Come on SBS..your existence is based on diversity..let's think this one through again..please?
Maybe the old adage,"if something seems too good to be true, it probably is" rings true. L&N was educational, entertaining and an antidote to everything else on at the same time.
We all really enjoy this show! My mother in her 70's and poor health uses it to keep her brain clicking over. Never misses an episode, complete with pen and paper!
Please listen SBS and bring this show back!
'Resting' of L&N
I am devasted, I share this program everynight with my grandchildren on skype, something thay unites different generations, SBS PLEASE CONSIDER!
Firstly thanks for this forum. Mt Father in law (92) and Mother in law(87) are absolutely glued to the TV for Letters and Numbers. We are constantly reminded that elderly people benefit greatly from a dose of brain challenges. Please SBS, keep L&N alive for both ends of our generations.

L&N has cult status. Everyone I know loves the show, even if they don't admit it publicly. Please don't axe it!

PLEASE SBS do not axe Letters and Numbers. You have an absolute winning formula in the presenters and the content is superb. Where else on any Aust TV can you be entertained, educated and participate? Why would we need UK version?
